To ensure a smooth collaboration of all employees at the Flink Store, we need You!
In your role as Shift Lead (m/w/d), you will have the following tasks:

• You are responsible for up to 30 employees in a shift and represent the Hub Manager on occasion.

• The onboarding and training of new employees, as well as leading employee discussions at scheduled meetings with the Hub Manager, is your responsibility.

• You will implement, analyze, and optimize new processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

• You delegate tasks but also work proactively in daily operations.

• You are responsible for daily control, booking, inventory control, and 'picking' of goods.

• Your Hub Manager will train you to perform personnel planning and maintenance.

• You monitor quality and food hygiene regulations (according to HACCP).

So, you'll work alongside your Store Manager as the right-hand person and representative.
