As a Shift Engineer at ISS, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure that all aspects of the facility's operations are running efficiently. Key responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order. • Troubleshoot and repair issues with equipment and facilities as needed. • Work closely with other teams to ensure that all aspects of the facility's operations are running efficiently. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the facility's systems, processes, and procedures. • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field. • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. • Valid driver's license (if applicable). • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset.
