Catalyst Metals is seeking a capable and safety-focused individual to join our team at the Plutonic Gold Mine in Western Australia. Working a family-friendly 8:6 / 7:7 FIFO roster from Perth , you’ll fly directly to site and arrive within 90 minutes. As Mining Supervisor, you’ll report to the Underground Foreman and be responsible for leading and coordinating underground mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, making decisions quickly and effectively, and providing guidance and support to your team.
