SHEQ Manager

Hire Resolve's client is urgently seeking the expertise of a SHEQ Manager in Centurion, GP. Responsibilities: Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE): Plan, direct, and implement organizational SHEQ programs Manage, organise and report on the Industrial Division Safety team. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures compliant with OSHACT & The Mines & Safety Act Design and conduct training on workplace safety, fire prevention, and handling of hazardous materials Analyse industrial activities to identify and mitigate potential risks Implement and maintain a comprehensive SHEQ management system Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address SHEQ non-compliances Develop and implement corrective actions to address SHEQ non-compliances Provide SHEQ training and awareness programs to employees and contractors Coordinate with other departments to ensure SHEQ compliance Provide SHEQ support and guidance to employees and contractors.
