Hire Resolve's client in packaging manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced SHEQ Coordinator to join their team in Gauteng. Responsibilities: Undertake regular site SHEQ inspections and Audits. Investigate and report on incidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses. Advise and assist staff on all aspects of Health and Safety, Environmental and QMS systems. Source, plan and execute Health and Safety training to employees as required. Plan, execute Health and safety training to employees as required. Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures in line with international best practices. Conduct SHEQ risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Coordinate and participate in SHEQ committee meetings. Provide SHEQ support and guidance to other departments within the organization. Monitor and report on SHEQ performance indicators. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain SHEQ documentation, records and reports. Conduct SHEQ audits and inspections as required. Ensure that all SHEQ activities are aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals.
