Identify and report potential hazards and risks, and develop corrective actions to mitigate them. Develop and implement training programs for employees on SHE best practices and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to integrate SHE principles into daily operations. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of SHE incidents and near-misses.
