Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer on a contract basis to manage and enhance our on-site SharePoint environment. The role focuses on organizing healthcare and IT documents, SOPs, policies, and compliance-related content, ensuring secure access and efficient document workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
• Organize and manage SOPs, IT documentation, and policies.
• Create workflows and automation using Power Automate and related tools
• Implement document versioning, metadata, retention, and approval workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Manage user permissions and access control to meet security and compliance standards.
• Support SharePoint integrations with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support SharePoint solutions during the engagement.
• Provide documentation and handover at project completion.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong background in document management and SOP governance.
• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of healthcare and IT compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing permissions and secure access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare IT or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy, or IT compliance standards.
• Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certification.
