We at the Lovebetter Society for Male Sexuality are growing and seeking new, engaged, and empathetic employees (m/w/d) who will accompany our existing clients in the coaching process, monitor their progress, support them emotionally and professionally as they work towards solving their sexual problems, and stand by them with targeted, content-based coaching.

Our Mission – and Your Contribution

We at the Lovebetter Society for Male Sexuality are the most successful sexual counseling organization in the DACH region and work daily together with motivation, structure, and empathy to ensure that no one in the German-speaking world must suffer from sexual problems anymore.
As a Sexual Coach, you are directly at the core of this mission.
You will work with men and make sure they do not get stuck, but continue and solve their sexual problem.

Your Tasks – Clear, Focused, Effective

You take responsibility for real results:

• You conduct independent screening and coaching calls with existing clients and recognize precisely where they are in the process – and where they are blocking themselves
• You identify men who have stalled and bring them consistently back into implementation
• You combine content clarity with emotional presence
• You give concrete impulses that lead to sexual blockages being solved rather than analyzed
• You actively contribute to high-quality customer evaluations, interviews, and feedbacks – because your work has an impact

Job Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who:

You Fit In If:

• You are empathetic, without losing yourself
• You remain calm when men avoid, rationalize, or deceive themselves
• You take responsibility, rather than distributing it
• You work structured and processes as a reinforcement, not as a restriction
• You communicate clearly, accurately, and precisely in German – verbally and in writing
• You have fun talking to men daily and really making an impact

Must-haves:

• Outstanding emotional intelligence and mental stability
• Solution-oriented thinking rather than problem-obsession
• Persistence: you stay with it, even when it gets tough
• Genuine integrity and reliability
• Readiness to follow existing processes and actively improve them

Nice-to-haves:

• Coaching, sexual therapy, or psychological further education
• Demonstrable experience working with clients in sensitive life areas
