Vehicle provided for local use in the Pilbara About the role: Manage a caseload of clients who have experienced sexual assault and/or family and domestic violence. Provide individual and group counselling services to children, young people and adults. Develop and implement trauma-informed care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Collaborate with other professionals, including police, lawyers, and healthcare providers, to ensure a comprehensive response to clients’ needs. Work closely with local community groups and organizations to raise awareness about sexual assault and family violence. Provide education and training to community members on how to support survivors of sexual assault. Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in trauma-informed care.
