This is how you support the team on site: Performing CNC program corrections/adaptations
Supporting employees in troubleshooting and setup processes
Setting and controlling work goals
Leading a shift book and conducting shift handover conversations

Your qualifications: Training in the technical field, e.g. machining technician, industrial mechanic or machine tool mechanic
Handicraft skills
Experience in employee leadership
Programming experience or knowledge of manufacturing systems
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications
