Competition 2025-445-CP Settlement Services Specialist (2025-445-CP) Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time, Bargaining Unit (1 Vacancy) Work Hours: 35 hours/week Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (Some evenings and weekends shifts may be required) Work Setting: Onsite - Limited opportunities to work remotely Salary: External I7: $59,282.34 Internal I8: $60,492.18 Application Deadline: October 15, 2025 by 11:59 pm Program Overview – Family Settlement Services, 1491 Danforth Ave, Toronto The Settlement Services Specialist will provide settlement services to newcomers and refugees in the Greater Toronto Area. This includes providing information on community resources, connecting clients with local services, and facilitating access to essential documents and identification. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the settlement needs of newcomers. The Settlement Services Specialist will work closely with other staff members to provide comprehensive support to clients.
