Key Responsibilities: Set up machines and equipment according to specifications. Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. Monitor production runs to identify and resolve any issues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Setter or in a similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
