This is what your job with us looks like:

• Outreach: You actively approach potential customers – by phone and via social media.
• Qualification: You understand in a few minutes where the shoe pinches and clearly distinguish between suitable and unsuitable.
• Appointments: You turn a cold contact into an appointment that actually takes place.
• Handover: You brief our Closers so they can start the conversation without detours.
• Follow-up: You follow up on everything that doesn't immediately say yes.
• Numbers: Contacts, conversations, appointments, show rate – you know your quotas at all times.
• Development: Daily coaching, roleplays, and call analyses. You get better week by week.

What you bring with you:

• You enjoy talking to people and confidently approach new contacts.
• A 'no' doesn't throw you off balance – you maintain your pace even on tough days.
• You want to see results, implement feedback, and continuously improve yourself.

Experience on the phone is a plus, but not a must. Career changers are welcome. This position is 100% on-site in Hockenheim – more is simply created in the setting through direct interaction.
