Job description
▪ Perform changes to Centros de maquinados/Gleason/AOI models as needed
▪ Clean and prepare tooling for delivery to Tooling Management
▪ Prepare tooling for model changes
▪ Verify tooling according to characteristics listed on the check list
▪ Perform changes and coordinate activities for model changes.
▪ Certify model change at critical stations
▪ Calibrate and adjust model change at all stations
▪ Report failures or defects in tooling to the Tooling Management technician on duty.
▪ Cover operator shift stations as needed.
