Engine Servant - Mechanic/Electrician
Job description

Main tasks:
- Performing maintenance tasks according to the schedule, including: checking the state of oil and filters, replacing filters and valves, and conducting relevant measurements.
- Remote work performed on the client's premises for most of the time.
- Implementing engine repairs.
- Participating in main inspections of engines, ensuring compliance with instructions and company standards.
- Managing cooperation with external service providers
- Direct communication with clients and reporting progress of maintenance work
- Solving problems related to mechanical faults or system control issues. Verifying historical data on the engine.
- Creating technical reports from inspection visits, including: description of performed tasks and their results, along with lists of used materials and, if necessary, recommendations for future maintenance tasks.
- Managing a basic set of spare parts in the assigned vehicle. Ensuring the list is up-to-date and monitoring storage conditions.
- Timely reporting of working hours, expense lists, BHP forms, and reports on completed tasks.
- Complying with all safety and procedure rules to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Caring for cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace.
- Performing other assigned tasks and duties related to mobile service roles.
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Prior work experience with piston engines.
- Vocational qualifications or documented experience as a car mechanic/electrician or electrician/mechanic.
- Experience and practical knowledge in mechanics/electrics, as well as IT skills.
- Familiarity with PLC controllers.
- Able to read technical documentation in English
- Mandatory knowledge of Polish and English for smooth communication and reading technical documents in English.
- Familiarity with German language - desirable
- Availability for business trips within the country and abroad.
- Willingness to work in a shift system.
- Availability for on-call duty.
- Able to work at heights.
- Current driving license category B.
- Licenses G1, G2, and G3 for operation and surveillance.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A strong customer orientation.
- Licenses for operating fork-lift trucks and/or cranes will be an additional asset.
