Industrial Press Servicer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls of industrial presses,
• elimination of mechanical and hydraulic faults, and depending on qualifications, electrical and automation faults,
• disassembly, assembly, and commissioning of presses and production lines,
• performing technical inspections and modernization work,
• technical support during machine installation and relocation,
• cooperation with clients during project execution in Poland and abroad,
• participation in commissioning and testing of machines after assembly or overhaul.

Our requirements

• minimum 5 years of experience in servicing, overhauling, or maintenance of industrial presses,
• very good knowledge of the construction and operation of mechanical, hydraulic, forging, servo, or transfer presses,
• ability to independently diagnose faults and perform repairs,
• ability to read technical documentation,
• communicative knowledge of English, German, or Spanish,
• driving license category B,
• readiness for frequent business trips in Poland and abroad,
• independence, responsibility, and ability to solve technical problems.

• experience in industrial automation, particularly PLC, drives, and control systems,
• SEP (Energy Certificates) qualifications,
• UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) qualifications - Forklifts, Aerial Work Platforms, Cranes
• experience in commissioning new production lines,
• experience working with presses from manufacturers such as Schuler, AIDA, Komatsu, Fagor Arrasate, Müller Weingarten, SMS Group, Clearing, Bliss, Erie Press, or Danly.
