Job description
Within the star-rated restaurant, under the supervision of Director Nicola Dell'Agnolo, the resource will be responsible for:
- To thoroughly know and in-depth menus and cooking style to best illustrate them
- To perform tasks at their best to ensure guests have a consistent experience through attention to all details
- To take utmost care of food and beverage service
- To be responsible for cleaning environments and materials in use
- To set up mise en place respecting indicated standards
