Service Technician Cleanroom Technology (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician (m/w/d) for assignments in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The position is aimed at professionals from the technical outside sales, ventilation-, climate-, cooling-, electrical- or mechatronics technology who like to work independently with customers.

Tasks

• Execution of warranty, inspection, and maintenance on cleanroom technical equipment at the customer's site
• Metric measurements such as particle measurement, flow analysis, and filter integrity tests according to relevant standards, e.g. ISO 14644
• Systematic fault diagnosis and sustainable fault elimination on ventilation-, climate- and cleanroom systems
• Accompaniment of assembly, modifications, and commissioning of new or modernized equipment
• Preparation of service reports, test protocols, and validation documentation as a quality proof
• Techincal coordination with customers on optimizations, maintenance requirements, and necessary spare parts

Profile

• Praxis in technical service, outside sales or customer service, ideally in cleanroom technology, HVAC, climate-ventilation technology, pharma, or medical technology
• Experience with warranty, commissioning, fault analysis, or qualification of technical equipment from an advantage
• High travel readiness within the DACH region and flexibility for customer-side deployment times
• Meticulous, clean, and structured work manner in sensitive environments with high quality requirements
• German language skills in word and writing for customer dialogue and technical documentation
• Self-assured appearance, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
