Keywords Studios Mexico is seeking Customer Service Representatives for written support – NO CALLS. -This publication is to generate a talent pool for future positions in the customer service area in Spanish for our company- SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: The Player Support area is in communication with the players, responding to their queries and concerns, and providing solutions to their issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of video games and their mechanics. The role will involve responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues when necessary. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. The position is for a pool of talent for future positions in the customer service area in Spanish for our company. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, such as communications, customer service, or a related field, and have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The candidate should be fluent in Spanish and have a strong understanding of video games and their mechanics.
