Service Technician (m/f/d) in the Field of Building Services Engineering - JobID 23159

• Recording of building and facility data (e.g., ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical, and fire protection technology) using a mobile device
• Documentation of the facility status, recording of defects, and creation of maintenance reports
• Reconciliation and updating of existing documents, technical plans, and schematics
• Support of the project team in the creation of technical specifications and processing of defects

• Completed technical training (e.g., in the field of TGA, electrical engineering, heating/air conditioning/sanitary, mechatronics)
• Initial professional experience in Building Services Engineering is desirable
• Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications
• Driving license class B and willingness to travel regionally
