Service Technician (m/f/d) Electrical, HVAC - JobID 27032

• Performing maintenance and inspection work on HVAC or electrical systems
• Independent troubleshooting, fault analysis, and elimination of system malfunctions
• Ensuring uninterrupted system operation in the assigned property or area
• Sickness and vacation replacement within the service team to ensure service and response times
• Documentation of completed work in the maintenance/ticketing system

Do you have technical aptitude, a solution-oriented approach, and enjoy keeping buildings running? Then we look forward to your application!

• Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g., installation mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC or electrical systems is an advantage
• Confident handling of technical documents (e.g., wiring and flow diagrams) is desirable
• Customer-oriented, independent, and reliable work approach
• Willingness for flexible team replacement and a driver's license class B
