As a Service Technician (m/f/d), you will ensure directly at the customer's site that technical systems and devices function reliably. From installation and commissioning to maintenance and repair, you can expect a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility and direct customer contact.

• Perform service and maintenance work on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical workshop equipment
• Analyze technical malfunctions and carry out repairs at the customer's premises
• Install and commission workshop equipment
• Document work performed and process order documents
• Provide technical support and competently assist customers with inquiries
• Ensure communication between customers, technical internal service, and customer service

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a vehicle mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, electronics technician, electrician, or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• At least two years of professional experience in service technology or a comparable technical field
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and/or electrical engineering
• Enjoy field service and direct contact with customers
• Quick learner and willingness to familiarize yourself with new technical systems
• Independent, organized, and customer-oriented work style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Basic PC and MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel regionally for customer assignments
