Job description
We are a modern company in the field of telecommunications and IT, supporting our customers with reliable solutions for telephone systems, internet connections, and IT services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Service Technician (m/f/d) who enjoys working independently and takes pleasure in varied tasks.
Tasks
- Installation and commissioning of modern telephone systems
- Activation and setup of internet connections
- Configuration and setup of networks
- Performing simple IT service and support tasks
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Consulting and instructing our customers on-site
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., information electronics, IT, electronics, or comparable)
- Driver's license class B
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Enjoy interacting with customers
- Teamwork skills and an independent way of working
- Motivation to learn new things and continuously develop yourself
