Job description
We are a modern company in the field of telecommunication and IT, providing reliable solutions to our customers around phone systems, internet connections, and IT services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated service technician (m/w/d) who enjoys working independently and has pleasure in varied tasks.
Tasks
- Installation and commissioning of modern phone systems
- Connection and setup of internet connections
- Setup and configuration of networks
- Performance of simple IT service and support tasks
- Error analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues
- Counseling and on-site training of our customers
Qualification
Completed vocational training in the technical field (e.g. information electronics, IT, electronics or comparable)
Class B driving license
Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
Pleasure in dealing with customers
Teamwork ability and self-employed working style
Motivation to learn new things and continuously develop oneself
Above-average remuneration
