Service Technician Telecommunication & IT (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated service technician (m/w/d) who enjoys working independently and has pleasure in varied tasks.

Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of modern phone systems
• Connection and setup of internet connections
• Setup and configuration of networks
• Performance of simple IT service and support tasks
• Error analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues
• Counseling and on-site training of our customers

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in the technical field (e.g. information electronics, IT, electronics or comparable)

• Class B driving license

• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking

• Pleasure in dealing with customers

• Teamwork ability and self-employed working style

• Motivation to learn new things and continuously develop oneself
