Service Technician (m/f/d) Heat Pumps

Your Responsibilities:

• Installation support, commissioning, and maintenance of innovative heat pump systems for our customers

• Support for our installation partners in the seamless integration into existing heating systems and on-site technical consultation

• Planning, design, and continuous optimization of hydraulic connections

• Analysis and troubleshooting of faults, as well as carrying out repairs in the field

• Precise documentation of all work steps and conducting clear technical instructions for customers and partners

• Close collaboration with project management and our technical team for the successful implementation of projects
  

What You Should Bring:

• Completed vocational training as an HVAC installer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK) or comparable qualification

• In-depth knowledge in the field of heating and heat pump technology

• Professional experience in field service is an advantage

• High degree of reliability, independence, and customer orientation

• Willingness to travel within Germany (with a company vehicle) - driver's license class B required

• Proficient in using digital tools (e.g., mobile work reports)

• Fluent German language skills (at least B2/C1)
