Your Tasks:
Installation support, commissioning, and maintenance of innovative heat pump systems at our customers' sites
Support our installation partners in the smooth integration into existing heating systems as well as on-site technical advice
Planning, design, and continuous optimization of hydraulic connections
Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions as well as carrying out repairs in field service
Precise documentation of all work steps and conducting clear technical instructions for customers and partners
Close collaboration with project management and our technical team for the successful implementation of projects
What You Should Bring:
Completed training as an HVAC installer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK) or comparable qualification
Sound knowledge in the field of heating and heat pump technology
Professional experience in field service is an advantage
High degree of reliability, independence, and customer orientation
Willingness to travel within Germany (with a company vehicle) - driver's license class B required
Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., mobile work reports)
Fluent German language skills (at least B2/C1)
