Service Technician (m/f/d) Heat Pumps

Your Tasks:

• Installation support, commissioning, and maintenance of innovative heat pump systems at our customers' sites

• Support for our installation partners in seamless integration into existing heating systems and on-site technical advice

• Planning, design, and continuous optimization of hydraulic connections

• Analysis and troubleshooting of faults, as well as carrying out repairs in field service

• Precise documentation of all work steps and conducting understandable technical instructions for customers and partners

• Close cooperation with project management and our technical team for the successful implementation of projects
  

What You Should Bring:

• Completed training as an installation mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (SHK) or equivalent qualification

• Sound knowledge in the field of heating and heat pump technology

• Professional experience in field service is an advantage

• High level of reliability, independence, and customer orientation

• Willingness to travel within Germany (with a company vehicle) - driver's license class B required

• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., mobile work reports)

• Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
