Service Technician (m/w/d) – Security Technology
Job description
As Service Technician (m/w/d), you will take over the maintenance, upkeep and troubleshooting of security technology systems such as intrusion detection systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZUKO) or video surveillance systems (VÜA) at our customers' premises.
You will work independently, service-oriented and in close coordination with project management, technical support and sales.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Maintenance and upkeep of modern security technology systems (EMA, BMA, ZUKO, VÜA)
- Error analysis and troubleshooting in case of technical problems
- Conducting regular inspections and function tests
- Documentation of assignments via tablet or laptop
- Counseling customers on technical matters – in collaboration with sales
- Participation in briefings and regular exchange with project management
