Service Technician (m/f/d) Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology

• By performing cross-trade interventions on air conditioning and ventilation systems, you ensure that the technology functions properly.

• You are our professional in fault analysis for technical challenges & monitor the perfect overall condition of the properties to be managed.

• You document the work performed daily digitally.

• You have completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g., as a refrigeration technician, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, or energy plant electronics technician with a refrigeration license (m/f/d) OR you have successfully completed an electrician apprenticeship and are willing to undergo further training in refrigeration/air conditioning technology.
• We offer you a working environment with a lot of support from our team; in return, you are willing to be on call occasionally for emergencies.
• Customer satisfaction is always your top priority. With your customer-oriented approach, you are always on-site (for this, you need a Class B driver's license).
• The ability to find solutions for every obstacle and to crack complex problems characterizes you.

• Experience in the field of room air and control technology is an additional plus.
