Service Technician (m/w/d) in Innen- and Außendienst
Job description
With over 1,200 employees, we are one of the largest dealers for construction and haulage machinery in Germany and Austria. Our portfolio includes the brands Hitachi, Fuchs, BELL and Giant as well as attachments from renowned manufacturers. Tasks: Independent execution of maintenance and repair work on our construction and haulage machinery Error detection, diagnosis and repair of equipment components (e.g. complex hydraulic systems, electricity, motor, transmission) Creation of damage reports and documentation of work performed Regular travel to customer sites for service and maintenance work Participation in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
