We are looking for immediate, on-site reinforcement of our technician team in Münster.

Tasks

• You're not just about printing systems here – it's about making sure everything works reliably in the customer's daily routine. That's exactly what you'll do with your work right on site.
• You install and commission printing and multifunction systems, connect them to the network, and take full responsibility for the installation at the customer's premises. This includes pre-installations as well as thorough technical setup on site.
• In this role, you're often more than just a technician: You explain how things work, provide training, and are the person customers turn to when they have questions. Clear, uncomplicated, and on an equal footing.
• If there's a problem, you analyze errors, find solutions, and quickly get the systems up and running again – all while maintaining high service quality in direct customer contact.
• You'll also stay with your systems: You maintain them in the region, perform maintenance and updates, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You work closely with our sales team and the background team to make sure everything fits at the customer's end – technically and organizationally.

Qualification

• You've completed a technical training program, for example as an information electronics technician for office systems or in a comparable field. Alternatively, you come from a different background with solid technical understanding and genuine interest in electronics and IT.
• What's more important than perfect CVs is that you're interested in technology, enjoy hands-on work, and have fun solving problems. You especially feel at home in the area of printing and copying technology or are eager to dive deeper into it.
• You think service-oriented, can handle people well, and have no problem taking responsibility directly with customers. At the same time, you work independently but are also a team player.
• A Class B driver's license is important for your on-site assignments. And if you can read technical documentation in English, that will help you in your daily work.
