We are looking for office support for our technician team in Münster, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• For us, it's not just about printing systems – it's about ensuring that everything works reliably in the customer's everyday life. That's exactly what you ensure with your work directly on-site.
• You will install printing and multifunctional systems, integrate them into the network, and handle the complete commissioning at the customer's site. This also includes pre-installations and clean technical setup on-site.
• You are often more than just a technician: you explain how everything works, provide instructions, and are the person customers turn to with questions. Clear, uncomplicated, and on an equal footing.
• In case of malfunctions, you will analyze errors, find solutions, and quickly restore systems – supplemented by high service quality in direct customer contact.
• You remain involved even after installation: you manage your systems in the region, perform maintenance and updates, and ensure that everything runs stably.
• At the same time, you work closely with our sales department and the back-office team to ensure that everything is perfect for the customer in the end – technically and organizationally.

Qualifications

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, for example, as an Information Electronics Technician for Office System Technology or in a comparable field. Alternatively, you can join us as a career changer with solid technical understanding and genuine curiosity for electronics and IT.
• More important to us than perfect resumes is that you are interested in technology, enjoy practical work, and have fun solving problems. You already feel comfortable in the field of printing and copying technology, or you are eager to dive deeper into it.
• You have a service-oriented mindset, are good with people, and have no problem taking responsibility directly with the customer. At the same time, you enjoy working independently, but you are just as much a team player.
• A Class B driver's license is important for your field service assignments. And being able to read technical documentation in English will help you in your daily work.
