What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology or comparable training professions, e.g. electrician (m/f/d) for energy and building technology, electrician (m/f/d) for devices and systems, information electronics technician (m/f/d) or IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology or IT system technology
• Experience in assembly, service, commissioning and maintenance of fire alarm systems (BMA)
• Knowledge of relevant standards and processes (e.g. DIN, VDE, VdS)
• Basic knowledge of business administration, IT and IT
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High reliability, commitment and willingness to perform
• Communication skills, teamwork and a strong customer orientation
• Safe, binding and friendly demeanor
• Negotiation-level German skills (C1)

Your role in the company

In this position, you are responsible for the professional installation, maintenance and repair of security systems. You work independently on a variety of projects and ensure that our systems function reliably - from setup to commissioning to long-term support.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Independent assembly, installation, programming and commissioning of fire alarm systems (BMA)
• Creation and maintenance of all technical documents such as wiring diagrams, connection and connection documents as well as sketches of the object, including documentation according to the QM system
• Execution of measurement and testing tasks and creation of corresponding protocols
• Maintenance, servicing, repair and troubleshooting of existing systems including detailed documentation
• Communication and coordination with customers, clients and suppliers as well as customer instructions, training and support on site, by phone or remotely
• Collection of customer information, e.g. on order extensions, customer requests or customer satisfaction, and close cooperation with the project manager in the order billing
• Participation in the on-call service
