Service Technician / Installation Technician (m/w/d) – Brand Detection-, Break-In Detection-, Video- & Access Control Systems
Job description
Your Tasks:
- Service & Troubleshooting: Maintenance and upkeep of modern security systems – including alarm systems (EMA), video surveillance systems (VÜA), access control systems (ZUKO) and fire detection systems (BMA) – as well as supporting our regional customers in diagnosing and quickly resolving technical issues
- Installation & Commissioning: Professional installation/implementation and setup of modern security systems, BMA, EMA, ZUKO, Video
- Customer Consulting: Technical customer support in collaboration with the sales department
- Documentation: Thorough recording of all completed work in detailed reports
