Service Technician / Customer Service Technician Maintenance Gas Suppression Systems (m/w/d) | 48,000-57,600 € p.a.

40-hour week, 30 vacation days, depending on experience and qualifications between 23 and 27 € per hour, company car with private use, working time account and travel time = working time.

In this position, you will work on safety-critical gas suppression systems that cannot tolerate any errors in the event of an emergency. You inspect, maintain, and document systems in data centers, industrial, and special buildings, ensuring that sensors, detectors, and trigger parameters function exactly as intended.
Your working day usually starts between 7:00 and 8:00 am, you drive directly from home to the deployment site and move mainly within the planned service deployment – including clearly regulated emergency services. Precise work according to VdS-, DIN- and DGUV-regulations belongs to your daily routine.

Tasks

• You inspect and maintain gas suppression systems directly at the customer's site
• You perform functional tests and ensure correct triggering in emergency situations
• You check smoke, heat, and special detectors with test heads
• You test gas warning systems including sensors and measuring heads
• You control gas concentrations and trigger parameters
• You document all inspections carefully and report deviations
• You work consistently according to VdS-, DIN- and DGUV-regulations

Qualification

• You hold a completed technical vocational training (e.g. Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, SHK, Mechanics or comparable)
• You bring at least 1–2 years of professional experience in the technical field
• You have experience with gas suppression, fire protection, or alarm systems
• You are flexible and willing to plan up to two overnight stays per week within the framework of business trips
• You speak German at least on B2 level
• You possess a Class B driving license
