What is expected of you Telephone support from customers, partners, and internal interfaces in the area of safe deposit box and lock technology Answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments Proactive communication with customers and technicians Maintenance of master data including creation of offers, order confirmations, and delivery papers for customers and service technicians Organization and allocation of our service technicians as well as prioritization of orders and planning efficient routes Ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality level. This includes but is not limited to: Processing of incoming requests from customers and partners Handling of customer complaints and feedback Providing technical support for internal interfaces and systems Maintaining accurate records of all activities and transactions.
