Tasks
- Independent management of service calls in the Southern Bavaria region
- Service and maintenance of DIN emergency lighting systems
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of malfunctions
- On-site customer support during commissioning
- After-sales service including active customer support
- Digital creation of service protocols and inspection reports
Profile
- Technical training in the field of electrical engineering
- Good IT skills (Office suite)
- Driver's license class B and willingness to travel
- Industry knowledge and initial professional experience nice-to-have
- Ideally reside in the area of operation
