Service Technician / In-Service Engineer for Driverless Transport Systems (FTS) (m/w/d) - Field Service with Home Office / Raum Würzburg

As a result, we are recognized internationally with our multi-way carriers, route trains, and driverless transport systems. In addition to our headquarters in Söderkulla, we also have a branch office in Romeoville (USA) as well as in Buchholz near Hamburg.
We are looking for a new team member who will support us as a Servicetechniker / Inbetriebnehmer (m/w/d). With your experience and expertise, you will significantly contribute to the success of our company. You can expect a broad range of tasks with innovative technologies in a rapidly growing market segment.
Aufgaben
- You will perform service operations for our driverless transport systems and route trains in Germany and abroad.
- You will integrate our mobile robots into existing and future customer systems in southern Germany and neighboring European countries.
- You are responsible for annual maintenance inspections and safety checks on our systems, ensuring compliance with DGUV regulations.
- You will be responsible for exchanging wear parts, repairing defective components, and calibrating vehicles.
- You will create offers for required spare parts and services.
- You will serve as the first point of contact for our integration partners regarding support requests.
- You will professionally and confidently provide technical training to the maintenance teams of our mobile logistics customers.
Qualifikation
- You bring a completed technical vocational training (e.g. Mechatronics, Electronics) with you.
- You love being on the road and at our customers' sites. However, we are very keen to ensure that you are back home at the weekend.
- Your service-oriented mindset and communication skills enable you to handle every customer with ease and make you an absolute team player.
- Your sense of responsibility and structured and independent working style shape your daily routine and lead you safely to your goal.
- You have good German and English language skills in writing and speaking, rounding off your profile.
