Service Technician / In-Service Representative for Driverless Transport Systems (FTS) (m/w/d) - Field Service with Home Office / Frankfurt am Main Area

K.Hartwall was founded in 1932 in Söderkulla, Finland. The focus of our family-owned company is on innovative solutions and services for intralogistics. Over the past 90 years, we have built a comprehensive knowledge base about logistics processes and their financial and ecological impacts. As a result, we are recognized internationally with our multi-way carriers, route trains, and driverless transport systems. In addition to our headquarters in Söderkulla, we also have a branch office in Romeoville (USA) as well as one in Buchholz near Hamburg.

To further expand our company, we are looking for a new team member who will support us as a Servicetechniker / Inbetriebnehmer (m/w/d). With your experience and expertise, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company. You can expect a broad range of tasks with innovative technologies in a rapidly growing market segment.

Tasks

• You will perform service operations for our driverless transport systems and route trains both domestically and internationally.
• You will integrate our mobile robots into our existing and future customer bases in southern Germany and neighboring European regions.
• You are responsible for conducting annual maintenance inspections and safety checks on our systems, taking great care to ensure compliance with DGUV regulations.
• You will be responsible for replacing wear parts, repairing defective components, and calibrating vehicles.
• You will create offers for required spare parts and services.
• You will serve as the first point of contact for our integration partners regarding support requests.
• You will professionally and confidently provide technical training to the maintenance teams of our customers in mobile intralogistics.

Qualification

• You bring a completed technical vocational training (e.g. Mechatronics, Electronics) with you.
• You love being on the road and at our customers' sites. However, we are very mindful of ensuring that you have time to be at home on weekends.
• Your service-oriented mindset and communication skills enable you to handle every customer with ease and make you an absolute team player.
• Your sense of responsibility and structured and independent work style shape your daily routine and lead you safely to your goals.
• You have good German and English language skills in writing and speaking, rounding out your profile.
