To strengthen our service team, we are looking for you to support our banking and retail products at our customers' sites.

Tasks

Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our banking and retail products such as ATMs, POS systems, and self-checkout solutions at our customers' sites

• Customer-oriented support and technical consultation on-site
• Documentation of your service deployments supported by our mobile applications

Qualifications

Completed vocational training in IT/system electronics or equivalent qualification

• Ideally, you already have field service experience
• Technical understanding & manual dexterity
• Customer-oriented and independent work is a matter of course for you
• Reliability, initiative, as well as communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
• Very good German skills (at least C.1 GER); English skills desirable
• Willingness for flexible working hours
• Permanent valid driver's license class B (3) for Germany
