Field Engineer / Service Technician (m/w/d) for Autonomous Mobile Robots - Würzburg Area

K.Hartwall, founded in Finland in 1932, is a global family-owned company with around 240 employees and over 90 years of experience in intralogistics. In the Automation department in Buchholz, around 55 employees develop innovative solutions like route guidance systems, driverless transport systems (AGVs), and multi-use load carriers to support customers in their logistical challenges.

To further expand the company, K.Hartwall is looking for a new team member as Field Engineer / Service Technician (m/w/d). With your experience and expertise, you will significantly contribute to the success of our driverless transport systems. You can expect a broad range of tasks with innovative technologies in a rapidly growing market.

Tasks

• You perform service assignments, commissioning, and technical support tasks for our AMRs and route guidance systems nationally and internationally.
• You analyze technical malfunctions, perform maintenance work, and ensure that our vehicles are reliable and ready for use through calibration and testing.
• You are an integral part of our projects and work closely with our software development, integration partners, and project management.
• You lead training sessions for users and service personnel.

Qualification

• You have a technical vocational training (e.g., as an industrial mechatronics technician or electronics technician) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience from similar fields of application as an external service technician is a plus.
• You are characterized by a high willingness to travel (80%).
• Your service-oriented mindset and communication skills convince our customers.
• You bring a high sense of responsibility and a structured and self-reliant working style with you.
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking round out your profile.
