Field Service Technician (m/f/d) for Autonomous Mobile Robots - Würzburg Area

Our customer K.Hartwall, founded in Finland in 1932, is a global family-owned company with around 240 employees and over 90 years of experience in intralogistics. In the Automation division in Buchholz, around 55 employees develop innovative solutions such as tugger trains, automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and reusable load carriers to support customers with logistical challenges.

For the further expansion of the company, K. Hartwall is looking for a new team member to support the team as a Field Engineer / Service Technician (m/f/d). With your experience and expertise, you will make a significant contribution to the success of their automated guided transport systems. You can expect a wide range of tasks with innovative technologies in a rapidly growing market.

Tasks

• You carry out service assignments, commissioning and technical support assignments for our AMRs and tugger trains nationally and internationally.
• You analyze technical malfunctions, carry out maintenance work and ensure that our vehicles are reliable and ready for use through calibration and testing.
• You are an integral part of our projects and work closely with our software and integration partners and the project management.
• You conduct training for users and service personnel.

Qualification

• You have a technical vocational training (e.g. as an industrial mechatronics technician, electronics technician) or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience from similar industries is a plus.
• You are characterized by a high willingness to travel (75%).
• Your service-oriented attitude and your communication skills convince our customers.
• You have a high sense of responsibility and a structured and independent way of working.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
