Field Engineer/ Servicetechniker (m/w/d) for Autonomous Mobile Robots - Raum Würzburg

We are looking for a new team member to support us as Field Engineer/Servicetechniker (m/w/d). With your experience and expertise, you will significantly contribute to the success of our driverless transport systems. You can expect a broad range of tasks with innovative technologies in a rapidly growing market.

Aufgaben

• You perform service assignments, commissioning, and technical support for our AMRs and route trains nationally and internationally.
• You analyze technical malfunctions, perform maintenance work, and ensure that our vehicles are reliable and ready for use through calibration and testing.
• You are an integral part of our projects and work closely with our software development, integration partners, and project leadership.
• You lead training sessions for users and service personnel.

Qualifikation

• You have a technical vocational training (e.g., as an industrial mechatronics technician or electronics technician) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience from similar fields of application as an external service engineer is a plus.
• You are characterized by a high willingness to travel (80%).
• Your service-oriented mindset and communication skills convince our customers.
• You bring a high sense of responsibility and a structured and self-reliant working style.
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking round out your profile.
