Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician (m/w/d) Deployment area: Lower Austria, Tyrol, and Vorarlberg Our customer is active in the fields of hoists, load-taking devices, anchoring devices, and locking systems throughout Austria. The company is known for highest quality, innovation, and sustainable customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced, serious, and communicative personality (m/w/d) for the position Field Service Technician. Deployment area at home base Lower Austria: 50% Lower Austrian territory, 30% Tyrolean territory, and 20% Vorarlberg territory. The tasks include: • Maintenance of existing equipment and systems; • Installation of new equipment and systems; • Repair and replacement of defective parts; • Testing and commissioning of new installations; • Documentation of all work performed; • Communication with customers and colleagues; • Travel to customer sites throughout Austria. Our ideal candidate has: • Technical education in the field of mechanical engineering or a related field; • Several years of experience in the field service sector; • Excellent communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and willingness to travel; • Basic knowledge of German language (spoken and written).
