Tasks

• Technical support and consulting for our customers, consisting of laboratory personnel (MT), doctors, and scientists
• Carrying out maintenance, installations, and repairs on our equipment and systems
• Planning and coordinating your own travel
• Training and supporting our customers in handling our products
• Ongoing improvement of our service offerings and processes

Qualification

• You have completed a technical education, ideally in the field of (Information-)Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, or a similar field
• You have good IT and network knowledge
• You have well-mannered behavior and a confident demeanor
• You are willing to travel frequently and can plan and implement your own trips independently
• You bring high motivation and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
• You communicate safely in German and English
• Your place of residence is ideally located in the region where you will be working (North Rhine-Westphalia or Lower Saxony)
