Job Description To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual with technical understanding and a strong customer orientation at our Buttikon (SZ) location. In this role, you will visit our service customers in the hydraulics sector and perform field service assignments. Your main responsibilities include, among others: * Field service assignments with domestic customers, travel share approx. 70% * Analysis and repair of hydraulic systems * Execution of retrofit projects * Coordination of customer projects in conjunction with technical inside sales * Service of customer systems with regard to hydraulics * Consulting on optimization or maintenance of hydraulics * Support of activities in the repair department (repair and testing of hydraulic components) * Overhaul of power units and control blocks Qualifications Education: Completed apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery/construction machinery/polymechanic or related training Personality and Work Style: Independence and initiative, high mobility and flexibility, analytical approach, confident interaction with customers, enthusiasm for field service Experience and Know-How: Sound knowledge in the field of hydraulics, as well as knowledge of electrical drive and control technology are an advantage Languages: German, English is an advantage Additional Information We offer attractive employment conditions (e.g., min. 5 weeks of vacation, flexible working hours), very good social benefits, as well as intensive onboarding and diverse training and development opportunities, e.g., language courses to improve English or local language skills.
