Service Technician HVAC (m/f/d) in Facility Management

Your Tasks

• Carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary systems.
• Long-term project (20 years)
• Assisting with cross-trade repairs
• Systematic troubleshooting and fault elimination
• Independent installation work (including work preparation, material ordering, organization)
• Carrying out recurring system tests
• Documentation of completed work in the CAFM system
• Monitoring and controlling subcontractor services
• Contact person for customers and users of the managed properties
• All other tasks and activities of a service technician (m/f) in the HVAC sector

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training in the HVAC sector
• Knowledge of building services systems in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary.
• High commitment, flexibility, self-organization, assertiveness, social competence, and strong team spirit
• Customer orientation and a high level of service are expected
• Willingness for flexible working hours and participation in on-call duty
• Basic MS Office knowledge, experience with CAFM systems
• Driver's license Class III/B, BE desirable
