Service Technician HKLS or Electrician – Focus Ventilation (m/w/d)

As part of the Central Administration of the Technical University of Munich (TUM), the Central Department 4 – Real Estate at all TUM locations ensures that scientists and researchers, as well as students from around the world, have the best possible infrastructure for research and teaching available, to maintain and adapt to changing framework conditions. To supplement our team at the Weihenstephan location, we are looking for a Service Technician HKLS or Electrician with a focus on ventilation (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of ventilation systems, including planning, execution, and documentation of work orders. This includes tasks such as cleaning and inspecting ventilation systems, replacing filters, and performing routine maintenance checks. In addition, the Service Technician HKLS or Electrician will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of new ventilation systems. The ideal candidate should have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the maintenance and repair of ventilation systems. Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation is an advantage. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
