Tasks

• You take over the maintenance and repair of heating and sanitary technical installations
• You care for various maintenance customers as well as approximately 50 facility management locations in Munich
• You are in close exchange with the deployment leadership and document your deployments handwritten and digitally
• You are a point of contact for existing and maintenance customers – with a high degree of self-responsibility

Qualification

• You have completed training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK or equivalent qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
• You bring at least three years of professional experience in the area of service/warranty
• Your German language skills are very good – also for technical terms
• You have a Class B driver's license
