Service Technician for Hydrogen Trucks

We are looking nationwide, especially in North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, and the Munich area, specialists in the field of truck/diagnostic technology or high-voltage technology. A small excerpt of your tasks:

• Technical support for the Hyundai XCIENT Fuel Cell in your region
• Care and support of our After-Sales Partners (ASPs)
• Conducting service audits and warranty tests
• Escalation and management of safety-relevant topics (e.g. Vehicle-Off-Road)
• Ensuring spare part supply including PDI and delivery
• Training the ASPs in new processes and systems (e.g. guarantee system)
• Analyzing and reporting technical problems to headquarters

What you bring:

• Completed training in the field of trucks or automotive mechatronics (emphasis on commercial vehicles) or comparable
• Experience with high-voltage and gas systems (desirable S2 certification)
• Good MS Office skills
• Driver's license class B, ideally also CE
• Travel readiness: 2-3 nights outside the home office, Monday and Friday at home office, weekend free
• Fluent German language skills
